Who We Are Looking For :
As an Legal Intern – Real Estate , you will be involved in exciting projects supporting our Legal team actively engaged in a diverse range of projects including real estate operations, lease contracts, public and private partnerships, and public tender processes related to the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructures and hubs in Portugal.
Tasks : Due Diligence :
- Conduct due diligence on properties of interest by verifying property ownership and assessing the legal title and availability of the property.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings to support decision-making on potential acquisitions or partnerships.
Legal Research & Analysis :
Conduct research on real estate regulations, lease agreements, and public tender procedures.Analyze legal documents and case law to support ongoing projects and decision-making.Document Drafting & Review :
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing lease contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.Utilize Atlante templates to compile and, if necessary, negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.Assist in the preparation and submission of public tender documentation and bids.Administrative Tasks :
Maintain organized records of legal documents and communications.Assist in coordinating meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups on legal projects.Recent Law Graduate or Newly Qualified Lawyer.Strong interest in renewable energy, electric vehicles, and sustainable infrastructure, real estate law, lease agreements, and public / private partnership projects.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Word for drafting and editing legal documents.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.Fluency in English and PortugueseWhat We Offer :
