Commercial Manager - Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

My client is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive sales and manage key accounts within the food industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue growth aligned with market trends
  • Identify and engage potential clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Build and maintain client relationships - Negotiate contracts and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate on quality approvals with technical teams

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the Food Industry, preferably Dairy or Infant Nutrition
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s is a plus
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of the European food market
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
