Responsibilities : 1) FinOps :
- Dashboard creation for several 3rd party tools and their costs;
2) Audio Transcription :
Configure and use Speech-To-Text model for transcribing audio files;Handle transcript formatting and metadata extraction;Optimize the transcription pipeline for scalability and accuracy.3) Postprocessing Transcripts :
Develop a guardrailing mechanism to sanitize transcripts (e.g., redact sensitive orinappropriate data);Write scripts to analyze transcripts for errors, quality issues, and anomalies;Store processed transcripts into buckets and link in a structured format with BigQuery.4) Call Success Evaluation :
Build an NLP pipeline to analyze transcripts for success criteria (e.g., meetingscheduled, confirmation received);Create detection mechanisms for issues like "prompt injection" or incompleteconversations;Write results back to a BigQuery table and trigger retries for unsuccessful calls.5) Reporting :
Design and generate structured call reports based on transcript and call metadata;Automate writing reports into BigQuery or other reporting tools;Integrate reporting data with external APIs or webhooks for delivery to other systems.6) Workflow Integration :
Use Google Cloud Workflows or Pub / Sub to integrate the various steps of thepostprocessing pipeline;Ensure end-to-end automation of the process, with error handling and recovery.7) Error Handling and Logging :
Implement robust error logging and monitoring for each step in the workflow;Set up alerts or dashboards for tracking errors and performance.8) Scheduling and Retrying Calls :
Write scripts or workflows to add failed / unsuccessful calls back into a scheduling system;Define retry rules and conditions for follow-up calls.9) Data Storage and Management :
Design and optimize BigQuery schemas for storing transcripts, metadata, andreports;Implement data retention policies for backup and archival.10) API and Webhook Integration :
Develop API calls to external systems for updating statuses, sending reports, or logging data;Ensure the API integration is secure and reliable.Requirements :
Previous experience as an AI Engineer (Artificial Intelligence Engineer);Extensive experience working with Python;Knowledge of Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP);Ability to work with SQL and TensorFlow;Previous experience with API integrations;Experience in designing end-to-end workflows using orchestration tools (e.g., GoogleCloud Workflows, Apache Airflow);Familiarity with encryption, data masking, and compliance with privacy regulationse.g., GDPR);Excellent communication skills, problem solving and proactive attitude;Good level of written and technical English.Offer :
