David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga.

Position : Customer Service Representative

Location : Braga Portugal

Work model : Remote

Employment type : fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

Remuneration : Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Handle inquiries and requests across various communication channels ensuring accurate and timely updates in internal systems.
  • Foster positive relationships by delivering prompt and courteous support.
  • Support customer satisfaction and longterm engagement by ensuring effective resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to achieve team objectives.
  • Share insights on recurring challenges and suggest opportunities for process or service improvements.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native / fluent in Danish (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Previous experience in customer service would be advantagous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across various platforms (phone email chat social media).
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and the ability to follow standard procedures.
  • Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues with guidance.
  • Ability to quickly learn new softwares and technologies
  • Effective problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced or evolving support environment.
