Purpose of the Role
The Sales Manager Offline Sales is a key leadership role responsible for managing and growing the offline sales team across the team.blue Portugal brands (PTisp, Dominios.pt, Amen.pt). The role focuses on driving new business acquisition, customer retention, and revenue expansion through a technically capable sales team.
The manager oversees a team of hunters (focused on new opportunities) and farmers (focused on account growth), selling advanced infrastructure and digital solutions, including IaaS (dedicated servers, VPS, cloud) , SaaS , Web Design , and Online Brand Protection (OBP) services.
This role requires strong technical sales knowledge , including experience in sales engineering or pre-sales , to effectively position and tailor complex solutions for customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Sales Operations
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of offline sales professionals (hunters & farmers)
- Define and monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and sales targets
- Provide continuous training on technical product knowledge and consultative selling
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on new business, retention, and customer growth
Sales Strategy & Technical Support
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for :Dedicated Servers, VPS, Cloud HostingWeb Design Services and SaaS SolutionsOnline Brand Protection (OBP) (trademark monitoring, domain defense, anti-counterfeit, etc.)Support the team during pre-sales processes : solution scoping, needs analysis, technical qualification, and offer presentationCollaborate with product and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with customer requirementsCustomer Engagement & Field Activity
Oversee daily lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, and opportunity developmentOrganize and attend on-site client meetings, sales events, trade shows, and industry meetupsEnsure the team actively nurtures customer relationships and increases revenue through upselling and cross-sellingCross-functional Collaboration

Experience :
5+ years of B2B Sales Management experience, ideally in IT, hosting, cloud, or cybersecurityProven experience managing a hybrid sales team (new business & account management)Background in technical sales or as a sales engineer / pre-sales consultant is essentialTechnical Skills :
