The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Advising and supporting the corporate customers (SMBs) and partner companies on technical questions
- Contacting by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and in English
- Solving technical problems in contact with IT administrators, IT managers and other employees of the partner companies
- Identifying relevant processes and forwarding corresponding feedback to other teams
