Your tasks
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive and well thought-out test strategy along the customer journey to ensure that our mobile banking app not only works perfectly from a technical point of view, but also makes our customers happy all round.
- Based on the requirements and specifications of the customer journey, you develop and maintain test cases so that thorough tests can be carried out.
- Hands-on testing of functionality and user-friendliness with manual and automated tests and identification, tracking and investigation of any errors that occur.
- You document your results precisely, support decision-making with transparent test reports and analyses and liaise with product owners, UX / UI designers and developers to make our customer journey even better every day.
- With your flair for innovation and sense of technical feasibility, you find ways to automate our tests, are well informed about best practices and also train your colleagues on these topics.
- You routinely ensure that our mobile banking app prioritizes quality, reliability and efficiency.

Your profile
Degree with a focus on business informatics or technical and banking practiceSeveral years of experience as an operational test manager or in a similar role in mobile banking or fintechProfound knowledge in manual and automated testing methods as well as in error analysis and troubleshootingIn-depth understanding of the customer journey and the requirements of business banking customersExcellent analytical, presentation and communication skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and understandable wayHolistic way of thinking, systematic, independent way of working with quick comprehension and enjoy working in a teamOpen to cultural diversity in an international environmentVery good written and spoken German and EnglishLook forward to numerous benefits
