This position will support Indirect Tax Department, reporting to Global Indirect Tax Manager, namely in projects in the Finance area and all Indirect Tax questions.

What will YOU do?

  • Work on the Indirect Tax team mainly located in Core Europe
  • Participate and report the indirect tax activity in Core Europe, bridging Global Indirect Tax Management with and Core Europe teams
  • Develop analysis to cross-check information on VAT customs returns / Accounting / Statistic information when applicable
  • Support trade and intercompany business, by designing efficient supply-chain between several countries
  • Facilitate the bridge between Business / Finance / Local Tax advisors
  • Support and implementation of projects
  • Follow VAT assessments / Audit from Tax Authorities
  • Participate in the creation and support controlling a program for VAT transactions audit in a regular basis
  • Collaborate with the company’s Management team to fulfill the Integrated Management System, complying with the principles established on H.

B. Fuller’s Internal Policies, as well as all established Procedures and Work instructions.

  • Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, solve indirect tax issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Minimum Requirements :

  • University degree in finance or economics or equivalent finance or accounting post-degree qualification
  • At least 2 years of related work experience in the VAT field in Europe
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, other language skills are also useful.
  • Capacity to interpret and translate the tax advice from other countries into H.B. Fuller's procedures.
  • Experience in designing, documenting, and implementing best-in-class processes and systems in complex organizations
  • Strong capabilities in Excel
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong face-to-face and virtual communication skills.
  • Very good team player, flexible, open-minded, and organized.
