French-Speaking Technical Support Advisor

What You'll Do :

Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and deliver effective solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.

What We're Looking For :

Experience : At least 6 months in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).

Languages : Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).

A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work on a 24 / 7 rotational schedule, including night shifts and two rotating days off.

What We Offer :

Competitive Compensation

Base Salary : 890 EUR gross / month (14 months), 12 460 EUR gross / year

Performance Bonus : Up to 90 EUR / month (12 months), 1 080 EUR gross / year

Meal Allowance : 7.23 EUR / day (net), 1908,72 EUR gross / year

Transport Allowance : 20 EUR / month, 240 EUR gross / year

14 608,72 EUR gross / year plus a performance bonus 1 080 EUR gross / year
