For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills :

5+ years of experience in software engineering.

Strong knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript / TypeScript and frameworks like React and Node.js (NextJS is a plus).

Experience with AWS, CI / CD, and CDK / Serverless.

Good understanding of HTTP, REST, and / or GraphQL protocols.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiar with service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and data structures.

Experience using Git in continuous delivery.

Ability to work with code quality tools (linters, type checkers, etc.).

Comfortable with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Fluency in english language (B2 Level) is mandatory;

Portuguese citizenship, be based in Portugal or a valid U.S. work visa.

Availability for a hybrid work model based in Porto and comfortable with quarterly trips to USA.
