What you’ll do :

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Emma’s Quality Management
in the coordination of product claims and help analyze customer feedback to improve product
in first production validations, quality checks, and supplier
root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action (CAPA)
closely with the Quality Manager and collaborate with other teams including R&D, Procurement, and
to quality data analysis and help prepare internal reporting on supplier performance and
ensure Emma’s products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Who we’re looking for :

You’re studying or have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical

re curious, hands-on, and eager to learn about Quality Assurance in a fast-paced production

enjoy solving problems and want to be involved in real improvement

re comfortable working in English and collaborating with cross-functional

re interested in growing into a long-term position within the QA or production team after the internship.
