For the academic year 2025–2026 (September), we are seeking a dedicated and passionate PHYSICS TEACHER for IGCSE and A-Level.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the department to plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level curriculum, ensuring high academic standards and student engagement.
Use a range of teaching strategies, including demonstrations, practical experiments, and discussions, to enhance students’ understanding of Physics.
Design and implement varied assessment methods to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
Adapt teaching approaches and materials to accommodate diverse learning needs, including students with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an Additional Language (EAL).
Work effectively with colleagues across the science department and the wider school community to support interdisciplinary learning and student development.
Engage in continuous professional learning to stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and pedagogy.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, academic concerns, and ways to support learning.
