We are looking for a motivated Portuguese-speaking Recruiter to join a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing top talent to support their teams, using your language skills to identify, screen, and prepare candidates for various roles while contributing to the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to leverage their Italian proficiency to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Location : Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal

Key Responsibilities :

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases
