We are looking for a motivated Portuguese-speaking Recruiter to join a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing top talent to support their teams, using your language skills to identify, screen, and prepare candidates for various roles while contributing to the recruitment process. Location : Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal
Key Responsibilities :
- Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
- Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
- Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
- Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
- Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases
Qualifications and Skills :
Native or fluent in Portuguese and English (C1 level) , with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communicationUniversity Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similarProven work experience in the fieldStrong organization, communication, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesExperience with sourcing techniquesGood understanding of referral programsA positive and ‘can do attitude overlooking a community-building approachBenefits
