A consolidated and dynamic Shared Service Centre.
Description
- Oversees general ledgers, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions & account reconciliations;
- Responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, & cash flow statements. They analyze financial data to provide insights & recommendations;
- Ensure the correct and compliant payroll of EIMEA countries, being knowledgeable of payroll best practices;
- Support Internal Controls and Statutory audits.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or HR;Minimum 2-3 years' experience in German payroll and general accounting (multi-countries experience is a plus);Proven accounting knowledge, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations and closing activities;Knowledge and experience with complex ERP systems [SAP and Blackline preferred] in matrixed organizations;Strong working knowledge of software, systems, and technology (Excel and other software);Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;Presenting and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively in teams;High degree of flexibility and ability to work well under deadlines and pressure;International mindset and strong customer focus;Excellent command of English and German languages;Must demonstrate strong security and confidentiality practices.Job Offer
