What Youll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will :
Assist customers via phone email and chat addressing queries about orders subscriptions and invoices.
Deliver exceptional service to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Follow up on customer inquiries until they are fully resolved meeting all commitments and deadlines.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
What Were Looking For
This role is a great fit if you :
Are proficient in French (written and spoken) and fluent in English (B2 level).
Have previous experience in customer relations.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Are comfortable with Microsoft Office and other common software tools.
Are organized adaptable and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
