As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading global home furnishings retailer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital brand ambassador.  If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service, this is your opportunity.Key Responsibilities : Enthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls.Provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone.Support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving delivery problems, and checking stock availability.Troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality.Deliver accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries.
