Your Profile

Fluent in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in related fields
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, high-production environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent multitasking, critical reasoning, and communication skills
Quick learner and diligent worker

Your Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator, you will :

Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience

Review, audit, and moderate content, ensuring compliance with copyright and community guidelines

Monitor user behaviors and ensure adherence to social media rules

Analyze reports, following protocols and procedures to maintain high-quality standards

Serve as a central point of moderation, applying guidelines to nuanced and context-dependent policies

Make autonomous decisions on potentially sensitive or business-critical issues
