Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective content strategies.
  • Analyze moderation metrics to enhance engagement and community satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in social media platforms.
  • Provide feedback on content quality and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in social media moderation or content management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding guidelines and community standards.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
