Position Title : Intelligent Automation Developer

Location : Mindelo, Portugal - Remote

Position Overview

The Intelligent Automation Developer reports to the Manager, HR Intelligent Automation, and is responsible for the design, development, documentation, and implementation of business and operations systems using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), LogicApps, Entra ID, API Management, Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint. This role focuses on HR process automation, large data transformations, and supporting break / fix issues, maintenance, and revisions to automations. Additionally, this role contributes significantly to the user experience design and interaction with technological solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Application Development (50%)

• Develop new automated solutions, including analysis, specification creation, and coding.
• Conduct testing (functional, unit, regression) for developed applications and integrations.
• Analyze and modify programs to increase operating efficiency.
• Independently complete smaller development projects.

Systems Analysis (25%)

Documentation & Communication (25%)
