Are you ready to shape the future of People Systems? At SIXT, we’re looking for a Senior HRIS Administrator – Adaptive Planning (m / f / d) to elevate our HR and financial planning capabilities across borders. This role blends expert-level HRIS know-how with hands-on Adaptive Planning administration. If you’re tech-savvy, people-minded, and passionate about optimization, we want to hear from you!

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You act as a subject matter expert for both Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning , ensuring alignment with organizational HR and financial planning processes.
  • You provide post-production support for Adaptive Planning, resolving issues and optimizing solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-quality Adaptive Planning and Workday solutions.
  • You identify opportunities to streamline HR and financial planning workflows and automate routine processes.
  • You perform regular system maintenance, and configuration within Workday and Adaptive Planning.
  • You deliver effective end-user training and documentation for both HRIS and Adaptive Planning tools.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • You have proven experience working with Workday HCM , minimum 2 years.
  • You have hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning and are confident supporting global business units, minimum 1 year working directly with Adaptive Planning.
  • You demonstrate strong Excel skills and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You bring a problem-solving mindset , balancing technical excellence with business needs.
  • You have excellent communication skills , able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
  • You’re a proactive team player who enjoys fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
