We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master eager to take on new challenges in a remote work model.

Are you the one?

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English (C1) - mandatory.
• Must-have : Scrum Master certification.
• Nice-to-have : PMP, Product Owner, SAFe, or OTJ.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives).
• Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coach teams in Agile / Scrum practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Track budgets, risks, and project progress.
• Resolve conflicts and remove blockers.
• Identify and escalate risks or policy breaches.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and market awareness.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
• Conflict resolution and change adaptability.
• Strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
