PandaDoc is seeking a Leader for our Monetization area within the Growth department. In this high-impact role, you will define and execute the roadmap for PandaDoc’s monetization strategy, leading multiple product squads dedicated to driving long-term business growth. Your efforts will focus on optimizing key areas such as pricing and packaging, checkout, upgrade and downgrade flows, and other critical monetization touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior, along with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. With a proven track record of successfully leading monetization initiatives and driving revenue growth, preferably through a product-led growth (PLG) approach, you will be responsible for leading teams and creating, aligning, and championing a product strategy grounded in a deep understanding of our users and sales motions, thoroughly supported by data.
