Responsibilities :
- Provide 1st-level technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Log and manage incidents using an ITSM / ticketing tool
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate complex problems to 2nd-level support when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates
- Collaborate with IT teams to continuously improve service quality
Requirements :
Previous experience in Helpdesk or IT Support rolesFluency in Spanish (mandatory)Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 toolsBasic understanding of networks, printers, and hardware setupsFamiliarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, GLPI, Jira)Strong communication skills and user-focused mindsetTeam player with a willingness to learnEnthusiastic ?
