Senior Business Analyst (French Speaker)

Senior Business Analyst

Location : Lisbon

Hybrid : 2-3 times a week in Lisbon

Type of Contract : Permanent Contract

Languages Required : French (C1 minimum)

Candidates must be in Portugal and possess a valid work permit for Portugal

You’ll be the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are well captured, solutions are aligned with business needs, and delivery is smooth and well-supported—both functionally and operationally.

Your Skills :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
• Strong background in functional design, documentation, and stakeholder interaction
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate with both business and technical audiences
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence)
• CI / CD pipelines : familiarity with tools like Jenkins and Git is a plus
• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior colleagues is a plus
• Experience with Agile / Scrum or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Experience working
• Fluency in French (C1 minimum) is mandatory
