What you will do
As our Business Recruiter, you’ll take the lead in hiring for a range of roles across our Customer Support, Expert, Sales, and HQ teams. Your initial focus will be on building out our Customer Support team in Lisbon, where our hub has grown to over 100 people in the past year. As you settle into the role, you’ll gradually expand your scope to support other key functions (think Experts, Sales, HQ roles etc) in Lisbon, The Netherlands and across Europe.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to define role needs, find the right candidates, and guide everyone through the process. You’ll take full ownership of your roles and build strong, trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
Alongside day-to-day recruitment, you’ll also contribute to projects that strengthen our employer brand, improve how we hire, and raise overall quality while collaborating with the (awesome!) talent team.
This is a fixed-term 7-month position, with possible extension depending on performance and business needs.

Our Offices and Way of Working
Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire and connect. Most Catawikians are within commuting distance of one of our offices and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model. This means that you will be in the office 2 out of 5 days (40% of your working time) to collaborate and connect with your colleagues. That said, some roles may be an exception : if the job description states that the position is fully remote or 100% office-based, that arrangement will apply instead.
