Office Leasing Senior Consultant

Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Agency Department - Offices with the integration of an Office Leasing Senior Consultant for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks / activities :

• Providing end-to-end support to clients throughout the leasing or sales process, from initial engagement to deal completion;
• Identifying opportunities in the office market, including new development areas and investment assets;
• Conducting market and asset analysis, considering factors such as occupancy trends, supply and demand dynamics, as well as urbanistic and licensing aspects;
• Developing business plans and financial models to support strategic decision-making for tenants, landlords, and investors;
• Structuring and preparing sales processes, including marketing materials such as teasers and Investment Memorandums;
• Building and maintaining relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants, presenting opportunities and supporting decision-making processes;
• Managing and negotiating real estate transactions, ensuring alignment between all parties and maximizing asset value.
