In charge of answering client needs by identifying and assessing qualified candidates globally that matches the defined client's job profiles.

To reach that objective, the Senior Consultant creates, engages and develops talent pools of active candidates and identified, by targeted sourcing, passive potential candidates adapted with the specific job requirements.

Candidate's recruitment

• Understand, analyse, define and formalize the client requires into clear specifications and Actual Talent methodologies.
• Participates in the sourcing strategy's definition.
• Masters the use of social media, job-boards, Cvs banks and candidate's databases in order to attract targeted profiles.
