Construction Project Manager

Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the BPC & Architecture Department with the integration of a Construction / Project Manager for its Porto office.

Key tasks / activities :

• Coordination and management of construction teams;
• Execution and follow-up of works planning schedules;
• Site management;
• Control of contractual deadlines execution;
• Costs control;
• Works measurement reports - validation and preparation;
• Construction quality control;
• Preparation of periodic progress reports;
• Monitoring of Health and Safety actions on site;
• Execution of provisional handover minutes and all technical documents;
