Recruitment Apple Lovers is looking for the New Head of Quality of a next-generation real estate investment company, based on an innovative model of real estate tokenization.

Job Title : Head of Quality (Freelance)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system aligned with international standards, as a freelance expert.
• Lead the creation and structuring of a QA team, including calling funders and stakeholders.
• Manage quality processes to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on quality best practices.
• Conduct internal or external audits, follow up on improvement plans, and ensure regulatory adherence within the real estate industry.
• Embed a quality-focused culture across departments, including in SaaS environments.
• Bring at least 3 years of experience in departmental leadership, with a strong sense of detail and a disciplined.
