Your typical working day will include TASKS like :

• Providing B2B customer support via email, chat, and outbound phone calls.
• Assisting with pre- and post-sales queries related to online advertising tools and services.
• Guiding clients in navigating platform tools, resolving bugs, and improving ad performance.
• Analyzing trends and troubleshoot common issues affecting business users.
• Offering white glove support by converting email / chat cases into proactive outbound assistance.

Requirements :

Location : Work onsite in Lisbon's modern business center, with easy access to metro, bus, and train lines.
