Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic Trainer with proven experience in contact center environments to join our training team. You will be responsible for delivering initial training and refresher training sessions, ensuring the highest quality standards in our operations.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and conduct initial and ongoing training sessions
- Assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback
- Update and create training materials based on operational needs
- Collaborate with operational and quality teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer in contact center settingsSolid knowledge of in-person and online training techniquesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to adapt and manage different trainee profilesProficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and e-learning platformsAdvanced level of Portuguese and English, other languages are a plusPreferred Qualifications :
