Tech Product Manager

Descrição da vagaCollaborate with founders to define quarterly product & tech roadmaps Break down large features and ideas into sprints, milestones, and tickets Translate non-technical requirements into clear specs for developers Ensure the Shopify Plus platform is optimized, scalable, and well-integrated Drive the transformation of existing tools (Sellers Panel & Superadmin) into API-first, modular platforms Oversee integration of AI modules Manage technical documentation and project communication across departments Contribute to building a culture of ownership, agility, and innovation 3+ years in product / tech leadership roles, ideally in startups or e-commerce Proven experience working with Shopify Plus is a must Experience working closely with engineering teams and managing internal / external developers Solid understanding of web architectures, APIs, and product lifecycle Strong communication skills to translate between tech and non-tech teams Hands-on attitude and pragmatic mindset : we move fast and stay lean Bonus : familiarity with React, Laravel, or e-commerce logistics platforms Join a design-led company at the forefront of interiors, circularity, and tech Play a key role in building and scaling our core product architecture Work directly with the founders and shape the future of the business Opportunity to grow into Head of Tech or VP Product as we scale
Location : Hybrid – Porto, Portugal (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

As we scale, we're looking for a Tech Product Manager to help us align business, tech, and design in a seamless product experience.
Your Mission
You’ll work alongside the co-founders to :
- Define and Implement the technical product roadmap and translate business needs into product specs
- Lead the internal tech team
- Manage and coordinate external tech partners
- Be the bridge between tech and business—from marketing to operations
- Ensure high-quality deliveries, maintainable systems, and scalable architecture
- Own the day-to-day execution of tech priorities while planning for strategic growth
