Summary

The main function of the IT Ops Specialist is to support and enhance IT operations within Boost IT, ensuring efficient handling of technology projects and operations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and support IT workload using TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console).
• Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate tasks.
• Utilize ticketing tools, such as Jira or ServiceNow, to track and resolve IT issues.
• Provide support in Unix / Linux environments, troubleshooting and resolving operational problems.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
