Join an international team delivering premium customer experiences all while working remotely in Northern Portugal with relocation support to Braga if needed.

Language Requirements

German C2 level (native or nearnative proficiency)

English B2 level (intermediate proficiency

Work Schedule

Rotating shifts (24 / 7 operation) Monday to Sunday

2 rotating days off per week

Full remote working model (after initial training if applicable)

Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays is essential

Who You Are

Passionate about customer service and delivering highquality support

Comfortable working on a rotational shift schedule

Experience in customer support is a strong plus (automotive mobility or tech sectors preferred)

Techsavvy and eager to learn new systems and tools

Thrive in remote and multicultural work environments
