The Role :

The ideal candidate has not only strong SEO knowledge in all areas of SEO, but also strong organizational skills, and is capable to understand and oversee a whole organization’s SEO activities.

The candidate should possess some knowledge in process management.

The responsibilities of the role include setting the strategy for both on-page and off-page optimization for multiple products across different verticals, and ensuring highest possible technical SEO performance whilst working with other experienced SEO professionals to set and execute strategies.

As a SEO Expert, you are expected to :

Define and develop competitive SEO strategies to meet aggressive business goals.

Work closely with Product Owners and a team of developers to ensure that all parts of product development are fully optimized from a search perspective.

Collaborate with Content colleagues for the creation of competitive content, based on search behavior and search volume.

Perform SEO audits and provide in-depth and actionable recommendations.

Plan and manage off-page optimization strategies.

Monitor and analyze the relevant competitive landscape and market trends.

Monitor and analyze search performance using analytics- and ranking tools.

Continuous training of product SEOs to ensure high standards in all aspects.

Contribute / drive the creation of SEO reports (Looker Studio, Power BI).

Lean / Agile thinking

Fluent in English is a must, both written & verbal.

5+ years SEO experience, ideally 2+ years as a senior

Deep understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and implementations.

Expert knowledge of relevant SEO tools such as SEMRush, ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.

Strong analytical and prioritization skills.

Strong understanding and implementation of advanced Off-Page strategies (link-building).

Efficient, assertive, data-driven individual who is proactive and an excellent communicator.

A self-starter but can work well in a collaborative team environment.

Detail-oriented work style.

Experience in the iGaming industry is considered a plus.
