This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to navigate legacy processes, manage change, and foster accountability in a close-knit, evolving team environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and finances, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Implement new systems, drive process improvements, and bridge legacy and modern practices.
- Lead and motivate the team, fostering accountability—even in challenging situations.
- Support strategic growth and cross-functional projects, especially internationally.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or similar.5–10 years’ experience in operations and / or finance, ideally in legal services.Strong track record in change management and overcoming internal resistance.Excellent interpersonal, assertiveness, and conflict management skills.Fluency in English (other languages a plus).Integrity, resilience, and discretion in dynamic or family business settings.
