We are looking for a Application Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of internal applications, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. You will act as the primary contact for application-related matters, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and ensure seamless user experiences.

Main Tasks :

Application Ownership & Lifecycle Management

Act as the primary owner of designated applications.
Monitor performance and user feedback to guide enhancements.
Ensure alignment with evolving business requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors.

Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Requirements & Change Management

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

Oversee application updates and change rollouts with minimal disruption.

Maintain clear documentation of configurations and processes.

Training & Support

Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

Compliance & Performance

Ensure application compliance with internal policies and security standards.

Conduct routine audits and generate performance reports.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Leverage usage data to identify areas for optimization.

Present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Main Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.

Proven experience as an Application Owner, Product Owner, or similar role.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation.

Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Fluency in French (at least B2 / C1). English is also required.

Hybrid role in Porto
