Human Resources Manager (m / f / d)

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be located in our Abrantes production plant and also be responsible for the HR department in our Lisbon office. You’ll report directly to the Plant Manager in Abrantes and on a business line to the Head of HR Europe. Travelling a day every two-weeks to the Lisbon office will be expected on this position.

Your core responsibilities include :

• Act as a trusted business partner to the Plant Manager and management team on all HR-related matters such as labor law, compliance topics, social security and change management.
• Oversee budget planning, monitor and analyze HR KPIs, and define appropriate action plans in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives, including talent development, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee grading / bonus processes.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Group-wide HR standards, and actively drive change and transformation processes.
• Ensure effective collaboration with the Global HR team and contribute to daily HR operations
• Manage site-level HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) activities in alignment with global guidelines and act as Compliance Officer.
• Drive and execute internal HR projects, bringing a structured and proactive approach to project and stakeholder management.
• Support the deployment of corporate communication and promote Employee Engagement Survey
• Lead the collective negotiation process and maintain a positive relationship with unions.
• Manage HR teams on both sites in Portugal : Abrantes plant and Lisbon office
