Power SI Project Management

As a Project Manager in Power SI Project Management, you will be a part of a team of highly skilled project managers and trainees located in Denmark, Portugal and Chennai.

In our department, we are accountable for establishing, operating and delivering the project portfolio of power plant solutions to secure stable grid connections around the world.

We develop and deliver our projects according to our execution model in an efficient way from scoping to market delivery.

Responsibilities

You will support and guide projects within our portfolio. The projects are intense, and you will oversee several items simultaneously and take them through the product project's designated process to ensure we deliver the required outputs according to agreed commitments.

• Scope, initiate and accomplish projects according to VWtM
• Be accountable for your budgets, timelines and project plans
• Securing resources with line managers to make the right commitment towards the customers
• Guide the projects through the correct process environment to secure quality and deliveries
• Be the point of contact towards both the teams, line managers and the business side to align expectations around all stakeholders

Qualifications

• You have a technical or other relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc). An engineering degree in electrical, IT or similar would be highly advantageous, but not essential
• Good communication skills and eagerness to communicate with various levels in the organization- You may already have experience with project management and would like to try a new domain.
• Alternatively, you have worked with product development and feel ready to take your next career step into project management.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbally

• You are already familiar with the toolkit in project management, or at the very least, you are interested in learning and applying project management principles.
• You can inspire and you enjoy taking the lead and securing progress in what you do.- You can direct projects across different cultures and borders
• You embrace change and are leading your surroundings through the changing environment
