Senior Java Team Lead (Hybrid in Lisbon)

We’re hiring Java Developers (Senior & Lead) to join a dynamic, team where collaboration, autonomy, and technical excellence are at the core! 💡💻

Work setup : Hybrid in Lisbon (Mandatory)

You must be living in Portugal (Mandatory)

What we’re looking for :

Solid experience in Java (Java 8 or higher)

Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot

Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL)

Proficiency in JPA and Hibernate

Understanding of application architecture (Microservices, Hexagonal, etc.)

CI / CD experience

English level B2 or higher 🇬🇧

You must have a role model mindset, experience onboarding junior team members, and be comfortable providing technical support to the team.

Nice-to-haves :

Experience with Java frontend (Angular or other UI frameworks)

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms ☁️

Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills

Passion for learning and continuous growth 📚

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
