As a Procurement Administrator Intern, you will support the procurement team in maintaining efficient and accurate purchasing processes.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, vendor management, and administrative coordination within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The position is based at our offices in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires on-site presence.
What you will do
As part of theglobal procurement team, the intern will be involved in key activities that support the department’s operations, including :
Supporting sourcing activities and supplier selection
Managing and updating supplier master data
Assisting with contract management and administrative documentation
Collaborating with internal departments to gather purchasing needs
Monitoring purchase orders and supporting the procurement cycle
Conducting cost analysis, comparing offers, and supporting strategic decisions
Communicating with national and international suppliers
Who You Are
A degree (or ongoing studies) in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
A compliance-focused approach, with precision and a strong sense of responsibility
A flexible, solution-driven attitude, capable of adapting to dynamic environments
Fluency in English (knowledge of another European language is a plus)
Preferably Portuguese nationals or candidates in possession of Portuguese NIF and NISS
