About the Role : Data Platform Engineer - Full Remote – International

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT / data-related roles.
• Proficient in PySpark and Python for ETL development.
• Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, MS SQL).
• Experience with ETL tools, Databricks, and data modeling (dimensional modeling, normalization, schema design).
• Familiar with version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (ServiceNow, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace).
• Experience with scheduling tools like Airflow, Stonebranch, or Control-M. Proficiency with data freshness and quality frameworks (Great Expectations, ideally Monte Carlo).
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (DNS, certificates, identity, load balancing).
• Comfortable working with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
