Job Description

Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering to identify business objectives, KPIs, and technical needs

Design end-to-end customer journeys and recommend platform features, integrations, and customizations

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs

Collaborate with solution architects, UX / UI designers, and developers to ensure successful implementation.

Provide commerce platform expertise, including catalog structure, checkout flow, personalization, and integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS)

Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to proactively advise clients and internal teams

Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, project estimation, and solution presentations

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in digital commerce consulting or similar roles

Deep knowledge of one or more enterprise commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C / B2B, Adobe Commerce / Magento, Shopify Plus, SAP Commerce Cloud, commercetools)

Strong understanding of commerce processes including catalog management, pricing, promotions, checkout, and fulfillment

Experience with headless commerce architectures, APIs, and microservices is a strong plus

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and translate complex business needs into actionable plans

Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce B2C / B2B Commerce certifications (or equivalent for other platforms)

Experience in international commerce projects

Familiarity with CMS, PIM, and CDP integrations
