Role Overview :

In this position, you will take the lead in defining and driving the strategic roadmap for our AI-driven speech-to-speech interpretation and captioning tool. Working within a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, QA analysts, and designers, you will focus on customer discovery, market analysis, and strategic planning to deliver innovative products that enhance communication across languages.

You will be part of a technology department that is comprised of a successful and multidisciplinary group of professionals located across the globe – Barcelona, New York, Manchester, Bucharest and India.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the AI speech-to-speech translation and interpretation tool, aligning it with user needs and business goals
• Lead the discovery process to understand market demands, user behaviors, and pain points through detailed market analysis, user research, insights, and stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to translate product requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria focused on speech translation, NLP, STT (Speech-to-Text), and TTS (Text-to-Speech) technologies
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to release, ensuring strategic alignment at every phase
• Identify opportunities to optimize the software development process, particularly for speech processing technologies, to accelerate innovation and product delivery
• Foster continuous communication with the team to clarify strategic goals, answer questions, and remove roadblocks
• Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on business objectives, client requirements, stakeholder input and market potential
• Communicate roadmap changes and prioritization reasoning to stakeholders, maintaining alignment and managing expectations
• Leverage web analytics and performance metrics to gauge the success of product features and guide product decisions for future development
