Dutch Customer Support Agent (m / f) - Lisbon

Descrição da vagaFluent in Dutch (level C1 or higher) - oral and written (mandatory); Good knowledge of English and / or Portuguese; Good communication skills and active listening; Customer focus, proactivity, and attention to detail; Basic computer skills (user interface). Vertente Humana, a leading human resources management company, is recruiting a Customer Service Agente fluent in Dutch for a stable and growing project in the logistics area.
Tasks :
- Making contact with customers in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Netherlands to confirm and schedule equipment collections;
- Providing telephone support and answering questions in a clear and empathetic manner.
Fixed full-time hours : Between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
Location / Zone : Areeiro (Lisbon)
