We are looking for talented people who are looking to be an exceptional German Customer Support Agent for our Telecom client in Lisbon!
As a Customer Support Representative, you will :
- Provide top-notch telephone support to our customers in German.
- Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.
- Manage customer requests, ensuring accurate updates in our systems (e.g., rate - adjustments, plan changes, service activations, and address modifications).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
What We're Looking For :
Fluency in German : You must be able to communicate effectively in German (minimum C1 level). Proficiency in English is a plus.Telecom Interest : A genuine interest in telecommunications products and services.Problem-Solving Skills : You enjoy troubleshooting and configuring a variety of technical systems and devices.Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, from 07 : 00 to 21 : 00).Personal Strengths : You are reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.Be available for regular commuting or to plan a relocation to the area of our offices in Lisbon or Porto.What We Offer :
