What you need to join us :

• 3+ years of work experience in a relevant or similar IT position;
• 3+ years of work experience with daily management, installation, maintenance, updates, security, hardware setup, configuration and troubleshooting;
• 2+ years of experience with Cisco networking and security devices;
• Education : University Degree in IT, engineering or similar;
• Professional certifications (e.g. Cisco, ITIL, PMP, A+, Network+, Security+) is a plus;
• Knowledge of the general office application such as Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of Windows Server, operation systems, Active Directory, IP Telephony / VoIP, firewalls and proxy servers;
• Analytical thinking;
• Good English proficiency;
