Tasks

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and understand business needs and objectives;
• Translate business requirements into detailed clear and actionable documentation (BRDs FRDs user stories process maps etc.);
• Work closely with development QA and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions;
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations;
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide insights based on data and industry knowledge;
• Ensure that proposed solutions comply with relevant regulations particularly in compliance and banking contexts;
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
