Our Purpose
Title and Summary
Manager, Product ManagementThe Manager, Network Strategy and Product, will join a fast-growing team driving strategy, roadmap and execution of the future of Mastercard’s global core payments network. The network is the company's core strategic asset, directly driving over 60% of Mastercard’s revenue and providing the platform for our other key services.
The role
- Help to define the global growth strategy of our card network, Mastercard’s core product, looking across the world to identify and assess opportunities to achieve team and corporate growth objectives
- Support switching growth KPIs definition, tracking and analysis, by setting team ambition and developing ad-hoc / monthly / quarterly reports explaining growth factors. Present those plans and insights to leadership, to demonstrate value created to Mastercard
- Collaborate in team Governance and Planning activities, by supporting leadership comms and strategy execution
- Drive product strategy, together with business partners, to identify, present and act upon appropriate network solutions based on understanding of market opportunities
- Collaborate in close and agile partnership with regions, product owners, technical teams, other stakeholders (, franchise, legal) and other business teams, managing various interests and multiple concurrent projects to scale impact
- Drive impact through strong project management of engagements and creation of materials to address market needs, such as value propositions, strategy assessments, and other deliverables
- Develop narratives and visuals marshaling facts and analysis to support your recommendations, present them to key decisionmakers, and drive alignment among other teams and leadership
