Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Targeted Qualifications
Fluency in Danish Language, C1 / C2 level.Fluency in English Language, B2 level.Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Basic understanding of customer service principles and the ability to follow standard procedures.Previous experience in customer service would be a plus.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced or evolving support environment.Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues with guidance.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, chat, social media).Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.Interpersonal Skills
